New Year Holiday P2

Continue from my last post, kindly refer to the last 2nd picture. Did anyone spotted something from just across the lake where a few coconut trees are at sight . If you happens to notice that there's a couple taking their wedding pictures. I just happens to spot them and with my 12x optical zoom lens to capture that moment.

Life can be fill with so many unexpected things happening, a constant thing in life is all about change. What can we do about it? =)

Did you ever ponder why so much that had already happens in your life and the funny part is that you still can't grasp hold of the truth behind it. What is best to be done and to live your life to the fullness?

For me, I hope living through each day without any regrets.

How about you?

The weather is just right for outdoor activities on that particular day. I just love the outdoor with my camera strapped on my shoulder. From the weather forecast that day, morning - bright & shiny, noon - bright & shiny, evening- thunder storm.

Only one thought ran through my mind, I need to finish up and get going before the rain hits hard but with my left brain telling me that it won't rain based on the forecast, I just proceed without haste that I would just enjoy my day stroking and snapping photo around.

The bamboo leaves swung gently, I was indeed relieve because apart of the striking sun, I have some breeze to cool down the heat. I guess rain is approaching and so I started to head back, packed my things and off I go.

Some thoughts stumble me while I'm taking this lovely bamboo scene. There's a women in her late 20's I guess whom I thought was apparently having her usual jogging session then a while later...

This scene follows:-

A guy was chasing from behind on a bicycle shouting out, "Don't run so fast, I can't catch up with you!'.

At first, I dropped my jaw laughing out loud inside saying, "Oh my gawd, you are on a bicycle and she is just running with her two foot!"

I just smile when I saw this funny scene. Sometimes in life we tend to overlook opportunities and chances that are right in front of us. What actually did we miss out? When we are aware of this missing part, we will run and chase after it... but to our dismay it may just be gone and is already far beyond our reach. =)

I'm sorry that I've not been updating lately. Due to bad internet connection, I wasn't able to upload most of the picture which I had tried several times and days. I'll wrap up this new year holiday's post on my next post soon. I guess I'll stop here for the time being.

At the same time, cubicle24/7 wishes everyone...

"Happy Chinese New Year 2008."

New Year Holiday P1

The day started early as I carried my backpack and head to the nearest train station to head north.

Excitement runs down my spine with the feeling just like a child who had never sat on a train before. It was freezing cold that particular morning due to the heavy down pour earlier, inside the train was cold too and I was left hugging my backpack tightly to beat the coldness.

People slowly filled the train cabin. I was anxious for the train to start. Choo~choo~ cho~ to my destination. Moments later, the train started to heat up and off we go.

The clock was ticking, the sun started to crawl back out from the dark grey sky. Bright and blazing the glare it was shining through the wind screen of the train compartment.

There’s another 4 hours to go till I reach my destination so I grabbed a book from my backpack and sat quietly. The train dashed rapidly on the rail track generating some very unpleasant sound to the ears and with the addition of some disturbance within the train cabin of children whining resulting to the thought of sleeping through the journey subsides.

I was thinking...

What is the moment in life that you think is the best place and time to do some reflections? A handful from the working communities would say, “I need some peace!” Thus, reflection seldom comes into the picture not until one drop into hot soups or even worse they just put the blame on life itself.

I guess the greatest peace you can find is always what we call “The Peace” within but how many of you had found that kind of peace?

Oh my gosh! It took forever to reach there. I guess it was worth the wait after all. Hours later I found myself lying beside a lake gazing at smash mellow clouds.

The times spend just by looking at my surrounding does make lots of different. Every single posture and gesture a person makes significantly represent something. It is just a matter of how we notice them and the question "If we notice that simple movement of a human body".

A simple gesture of a person can means a thousand words.

But I guess I won’t be seeing this sight in this part of the world =)

New Year 2008

A new year unfold a new chapter and opportunities for everyone and making no exception for me. This year definitely marks an important year to me.

Resolution???

What's that? haha~

Making a list of resolution for a new year is easy and with a pen at hand, it is easily written with just a thought or two but striking it off one by one with your pen or pencil is entirely different story to tell.

So what's your resolution and how will your determination carries your through this 12 months?

Mine? I hope and strive for it to come all in place this year 2008.

- That would be me in action-

I hereby wishes everyone a Happy New Year 2008 and all the best in all of your future undertaking this year - Cubicle 24/7

Next posts - New year holiday whereabout post -

I know....

Ya.. I know.. I know..

It been rather late to post my Christmas picture 2007. At least I'm back with some posts.
Been quite busy after the new year holidays but today happens to be a public hol so I planned to take some time off to do some posting. It won't be a long one I guess. Just some random picture that I took during the festive season.

'The Pavilion" - One of the prestigious mall in the heart of the golden triangle -

On the 15th December, my mum and aunties visited Kay El with just one sole intention - "Shopping". It's obvious that women likes to shop. I'm saying that only a handful of them thought otherwise but majority of them do likes to shop.

And I know all the guys out there agree so with me.

The spacious interior design creates the expression of how grand and prestige the place is. The center court was staged with an enormous Christmas tree lighted up with fabulous fiber optics lights to catch the eye of passer by and shoppers.

Well, that's marketing in short.

"The singing tree" - as reported by the media.

Choirs slowly filled the gigantic tree from sopranos to bass. Each one of them stood their place with confident while the conductor stood proudly on the stage waiting to perform her magic touch. The conductor swing her magic wand gently and slowly the sound of angels filled the air, on lookers and shoppers stood still gazing with their mindless thought while being carried away by the superb performance of the choirs.

For me, I'm busy snapping picture. =)

- Sopranos - =)

Soon after my visit to the Pavilion, we dropped by Starhill Gallery. To my disappointment, there's not much of Christmas decoration because every year they do have one of the best decoration in town. I really don't know why there isn't any much this year.

The gigantic chandelier of Starhill gallery-

On the 23rd of December 2007, I visited One Utama. I was told that it was a fantastic Christmas scene there and so I traveled there.

-The Last Supper - ?!?!

Apparently I stumble across this sight inside a boutique selling women accessories. hm...

The gigantic Drummer boy- aha~

Just wow~ to describe the center stage decoration. Tons of people flocks to the area to take pictures and kids rush their parents on site to witness these fabulous stage. There is no doubt that I was amazed too. Last year was the Mickey mouse theme but this year was totally the unexpected.

From the little drummer boy to the enormous one moved and turned by the help of mechanical devices. It's like a giant robotic mechanism. You know, Transformer the movie was a hit last year, I guess it brought the impact to lots of people - consumers in short -

I guess that's it for my Christmas posts. I wanna cut it short because I do not intend to drag it too long either and about my Christmas eve dinner. I guess I'll pass it. I spend it in a Japanese buffer restaurant "Shogun" with my family and friends and I can tell you it worth every single penny on it. About the food, I'm too busy with the foods and there's no picture taken. =) Nothing fancy.

Then again, Christmas is all about family, sharing & the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ.
